FOUNDER | DALLAS
In response to millennials being labeled noncommittal, lazy, entitled, slacktivists, Grant Skeldon started Initiative Network with the goal to unite and train millennials to be Christ-loving, city-changing, church-investing, disciple-making local missionaries. Initiative has impacted thousands of diverse young leaders from hundreds of churches across Dallas.
He has written for Relevant, ChurchLeaders, The Gospel Coalition, and his new book on millennials, The Passion Generation, hit #1 in multiple categories on Amazon. Grant also serves as an associate for Leadership Network and on the Board for Catalyst.

Sydney graduated from Simpson University with a Bachelors in Cross-Cultural studies. In 2017 she took a leap of faith, and left her home in California to move to Dallas, Texas to join the staff of We Are Unveiled. Through We Are Unveiled she has had the opportunity to meet, minister and collaborate with other woman and dip her toe into the world of ministry. This opportunity has led to a change of trajectory in life and another leap of faith to quit her full time job and pursue a career in full time ministry. Sydney has a heart for pouring into others, bringing light to dark places, and seeing dreams fulfilled through her investment and support. She’s clearly a fan of saying ‘yes’ to the big leaps God is calling her to, so it’s no surprise that Sydney has joined Initiative Network to use her gifts of administration as the executive assistant. She’s excited and looking forward to whatever God has next.
In response to Christians being widely labeled by unbelievers as known for what they are against rather than what they are for, Jess Ford co-founded a student-led initiative called "Ignite" in order to shift the perspective of the young generation by empowering others to not only hear God's Word, but to DO God's Word. Jess is passionate about living the abundant life and encouraging God's people to allow the Holy Spirit to work in and through the Church. He is dedicated to inspiring the Church to be the Church outside the walls by giving the world an opportunity to see what it's like for Jesus to walk by. Jess is a student leader at Oral Roberts University as he studies Theology and Business. As Jess plans for a life-long pursuit of full-time ministry, he has passed Ignite on to a younger generation of student leaders that intend to keep the spark alive within schools throughout Arlington, Texas. Jess is also passionate about fighting for the rights of the unborn - an issue close to his heart because of his own story. Jess actively serves and speaks through a ministry that his mom, Amy Ford, launched called Embrace Grace. Jess currently resides in Tulsa, Oklahoma as he attends Oral Roberts University and has two sisters and one brother living in Arlington, Texas.
